I cannot live with this, and hope it will be fixed? Or maybe it just is a problem for me? Anyway I cannot live without the possibility to edit my own posts, or to republish my own posts, so I just have to wait for this to be fixed!

To everyone experiencing this issue:
There were some temporary glitches with the date and permalink settings, causing posts to end up in the 1970s (publication date / URL set to 1970) and not appear on the homepage. Instead, you can find them at the very bottom of the list of published posts.
Workaround:
Use this Search Operator to display them at the top of the list of posts in the Posts tab:
sort:-published
https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/9675453
Then edit each one, correct the date and Update. If the URL is also incorrect, you need to select "Revert to Draft," fix the permalink and date, and then republish (you can also set up custom redirects from the old, incorrect links to the new ones).
If anyone is experiencing this issue with new posts published this week, please provide links and details in the comments below my post. - WebLove.PL"
