Unfortunately our governments recently introduced an exit tax on 40% of your wealth, if you want to leave the country. There was a rush of people leaving Norway just before this tax was introduced, most relocated to Switzerland. Young and ambitious people seem to relocate to Switzerland when they finish their education, so that they can build their wealth there, not having to pay 40% exit tax if they should have got tired of Norway someday.
Anyway there's not much reason to live in Norway anymore, when they went crazy in destroying our last nature with wind turbine plants, as our cities and towns suck anyway, and nature was our last benefit. We might try Budapest, but Hungary is very flat. It's possible I advice my daughters to move to Switzerland too, when finishing their educations? Maybe I end my life in Lom, photographing the fabulous nature there, and let my daughters have a brighter future in Switzerland?
By the way, the Jews of Europe either go to Budapest or Israel. Budapest is full of Jews now, escaping the rising Anti-Semitism in rest of Europe. And where the Jews go, wealth flows!" - PermaLiv
"I only find "happiness" when photographing, but the shutter of my a7III broke this summer. I got a new a7III during Black Week for about the same price as replacing the shutter, so I hope to start photographing again early next year. But I cannot enter the hilltops anymore, as there's always a wind power plant on the horizon, and all of these just produce enough energy for the new Tik-Tok Center at Hamar, which alone consumes1.5% of Norway's energy output. To know they want hundreds if not thousands of data centra here like this Tik-Tok Center, all run on wind power, is enough to kill any joy or hope for the future. And because wind power is so unstable, they have to chock run the hydro-power-dams, which kills off all life in our rivers. Too they went crazy with logging in recent years with the rising lumber prices, here at the Totenåsen Hills almost all the natural forests outside the forest reserves were clear-cut lately. That's too a reason I want to go to the mountains, as I cannot handle this violation of our forests." - PermaLiv
Ps!
